To support our mission, the HOA has adopted one of the most generous animal-friendly policies in the region, allowing more horses than even the city code permits outside the Firefly Community. This lot allows: up to 8 horses, up to 6 small livestock animals (roping calves, goats, pigs, sheep, etc.), and up to 20 chickens. Your family also has access to all the Firefly amenities, including the skate park, bike pump track, pickleball & basketball courts, playgrounds, trails, downhill mountain bike trails, and weekly activities led by the region's only full-time Activities Director.
