Despite the simplistic design, it is one of the standouts in McGill. Rectangular concrete panels decorated with bricks laid in a diamond motif, relieve the brick facade, which rises to a curved parapet. A hexagonal ticket booth stands between two pairs of wooden doors. This theater was named "Most Endangered". by The Historic Preservation Theaters.
