  1. Fuong was extremely responsive to our questions at anytime even including the late evening/weekend. 2. She would always aggressively negotiate in our fever. Example: Builder was attempting to charge us extra due to their mis-quote on the upgrades but Fuong helped us to solve it without costing anything. 3. She is very knowledgeable about the industry process. Example: Builder was not attempting to pay for the ALTA POLICY cost, but Fuong pointed out and negotiated hard with builder that they should pay for that cost since most builder will do, and finally builders agreed with it 4. She has great local knowledge. Example: She convinced us not to buy a house since it was close to a mink farm even though there were no indicators of it at the time 5. She was very detail orientated. Example: Before we signed the final contact with builder, she already started to talk with the neighborhood to seek the feedback of house quality/builder's responsiveness with the neighbors/design center upgrades cost etc. We had a very good experience working with her, if we'll sell our house someday, we'll definitely come back to Fuong for help.
